how fast can everything come to an end

从facebook上得到消息，一个一起在德国上学的同学突然得心脏病去世了。极其震惊，因为实在还太年轻。那是个漂亮又聪慧的姑娘。

参加了葬礼的同学发消息来：

I am already on the way back from the symbolic funeral, Khayot was also there.. Anastassiya’s father, her cousin, other relatives, her boyfriend, other friends and several colleagues were there too – there was a closed coffin in a hall near the crematorium where we all sat for a while and remembered Anastassiya during the speeches of her father and of a colleague.. I put a flower wreath and signed in the condoloscences book from all of us.
In order to finalise this thread I would like to quote the poem which was the end of Anastassiya’s Siemens colleague’s speach:

Wenn Engel einsam sind
in ihren Kreisen,
dann gehen sie von Zeit
zu Zeit auf Reisen.

Sie suchen auf der ganzen Welt
nach ihresgleichen,
nach Engeln, die in Menschgestalt
durchs Leben streichen.

Sie nehmen diese mit
zu sich nach Haus –
für uns sieht dies Verschwinden
dann wie Sterben aus.

Marina Bay Sands

下了班花四十分钟从旅馆走到Marina Bay Sands，上到57层，从三座楼顶着的船头俯瞰，也是许多到新加坡游客必选项之一。出来等电梯时碰到两对意大利来的老夫妇，我帮他们拍了张合照，就象在欧洲他们一样热情。
